  1. Can I submit the same entry in different categories?
    Yes. Entry Fees are as charged per category

     

  2. Which part of my entry is made public?
    The information of your Entry Title and Credited Company will be shown and announced during the Awards Show and will be reflected on the trophy. Please ensure you provide accurate and correct information.

     

  3. Whose contact information should we include on the entry form?
    We use the included contact information for all updates regarding your entry.

     

  4. What if my company or a competitor has a judge on the judging panel?
    Our management will give a thorough check and ensure they abstained on any entries they submitted.

     

  5. When and how are the winners announced?
    The winners will be announced on the 13th October at the show itself and the soft-copy will be uploaded shortly after the show ends on the website: http://www.ottdigitalawards.com/

     

  6. Which are the modes of payment?
    By Bank Transfer or Credit Card Payment. Please take note for bank transfer, there will be a $40 bank processing fee and for credit card payments, there will be a credit card surcharge of 4%. Please email admin@pim-asia.com for the credit card authorization form and remember to fill up the relevant fields to process the payment.  

     

  7. How much is the Entry Fee?
    There is an early bird price of S$245 per entry from 2 June to 7 July 2022. From 8th July to 4th August 2022, the price will be S$295 per entry. Please note there will be an incurred bank processing fee of S$40 or credit card surcharge of 4%.

     

  8. How to submit an entry? What are the steps in completing the submission of an entry?





















    Register an account online: https://ottdigitalawards.awardsplatform.com/
    Fill in the mandatory fields: First Name, Last Name, Email, and Create your own “Password”, tick the first box and register.

    Once you log in, click on “Entries”, and “My Entries”








































    Next, click “Start Entry”.
































    You will then reach the “Details” Section, please fill-up the mandatory fields (Category, Entry Name, Credited Company and Address). Please note that the Entry Name and Credited Company will be reflected in the Winners List and Trophy if you were to be nominated as Gold and Silver Winner. Please ensure that you key in the correct and accurate information.

    Click “Save + Next” to proceed to the Criteria Section.


























    Please fill in the Objectives and remember to tick the eligibility and press “Save + Next”.






















    Lastly, for the Attachments section, do attach the relevant files format (Video, PDF, Live URL) as what the category required.  Click “Submit entry’ and proceed to payment, so there will be an invoice generated for your relevant entry.

  9. Who can apply?
    Any company, organization, institution agency, consultancy, group or individual which have done any project that qualifies under any of the categories of awards within Indian Digital Awards can create an account. For the same company/ entity, any number of entries can be made using the same account.

     

  10. What is the timeline for OTT Digital Awards? 
    2 June 2022 to 74 August 2022 - Call for Entries
    2 September to 14 September 2022 - Judging Period
    13 October 2022 - OTT Digital Awards 2021 and Announce Winners

     

  11. What are the entry categories this year?
    There are 40 categories, please refer to the link or attachment below ( Please attached the link or pdf of the categories list)  

     

  12. What is the refund policy?
    All fees paid are non-refundable.   
                                       

  13. How do I make changes in the entry?
    You can make changes in the entry by logging in and clicking “Save and Next” and “Save and Exit” any number of times, until the Entries Submission Deadline which is on 4 August 2022.

     

  14. Is there a limit to the number of submissions that I can enter?
    No, there is no limit to the number of submissions an organization may submit. You may submit a single project in multiple categories or submit several projects in a single category.

     

  15. Who scores the entries?
    The judging panel is chosen from some of the top professionals, thoughts leaders and industry influencers in the digital world. Some of the judges had judged for Promax for many years. Every judge is assigned to a group of categories by their field of expertise. Besides, they are required to abstain on the entry if they have any affiliation with it. Each entry is evaluated by multiple judges.

     

  16. How are the entries judged?
    Judges are asked to evaluate specific criteria in scoring a marketing case’s overall effectiveness and provide criteria specific cores analyzing specific attributes of the work. The judges’ scores determine which entries will be finalists and which finalists are awarded. We will then finalise the top two winners as Gold and Silver accordingly. Judges read your written case and then watch your video/ supporting document. Make sure your team reviews both together to ensure they work seamlessly together before submitting your entry.

     

  17. What language should be used when submitting the applications?
    Applications need to be filled out in English. For regional languages, supporting videos can be in the original language with English Subtitles. It is important for all our Jury members to fully understand the projects or campaigns.
